Hi Everyone. My name is Yiyao and I’m an international student from China. This is my 4th year at Queens and I major in economic.
Last summer I worked at Canada Royal Milk as an HR department intern student. My favorite thing about this job experience is that I worked in a very comfortable working environment. Everyone is productive and motivated. I enjoyed working there and that’s when I began to find employment relation interesting.
I never thought maintain the whole company in a pleasant atmosphere is an easy thing. I believe there’s a lot about employment relations need to learn. And this is why I’m here.

It seems that you developed your interest in employment relations from your internship as an HR intern and learn lots of practical skills! I am also finding a summer intern now. Is it convenient for you that tell me about how did you get your job, and what kinds of skills that your company is required for an HR position?
